RentALL Cars allows owners to choose among three standardized cancellation policies (Flexible, Moderate, and Strict) that Will be enforced to protect both renter and owner alike. Each listed car and its confirmed on our site will clearly state the cancellation policy. Renters may cancel and review any penalties by viewing their travel plans and then clicking ‘Cancel’ on the appropriate reservation. A owner will be able to see the number of reservations a renter has Cancelled over the previous 12 months when the renter submits Booking request.
For a 50% refund of base fees, cancellation must be made seven full days prior to local trip start time (or 3:00 PM if not specified) on the day of trip start, otherwise no refund. For example, if trip starts on Friday, cancel by Friday of the previous week before trip start time.
If renter cancels less than 7 days in advance, the base fees are not refunded.
If renter decides to end the trip prematurely , the base fees are not refunded.
