Cancellation policies

The platform allows owners to choose among three standardized cancellation policies (flexible, moderate, and strict) that will be enforced to protect both renter and owner alike. each listed car and its confirmed on our site will clearly state the cancellation policy. renters may cancel and review any penalties by viewing their travel plans and then clicking ‘cancel’ on the appropriate reservation.

50% refund only if canceled 7 days before check-in date.

For ex: say a renter booked a trip and their check-in date is on June 08th.

Before 7 days:

Only if a renter cancels their reservation 7 days prior to the check-in date will they receive a 50% refund.

For ex: if a renter cancels the booking on or before June 01st, a 50% refund will be processed.

Check-in:

There will be no refund if a renter cancels their booking less than 7 days before the check-in date.

For ex: no refund will be given if a renter cancels their reservation after June 01st.

Checkout:

If a renter checks in and decides to leave early, there will be no refund for the days not spent.


Description:

  • Delivery fees and Service fees are refundable only if the renter cancels prior to check-in date based on the policies.
  • Base fees (the total day rate you're charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
  • If there is a complaint from either party, notice must be given to the platform within 24 hours of trip start.
  • The platform will mediate when necessary, and has the final say in all disputes.
  • A reservation is officially canceled when the renter clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in the dashboard - your trips - cancel
  • Cancellation policies may be superseded by the renter refund policy, extenuating circumstances, or cancellations by the platform for any other reason permitted under the terms of service. Please review these exceptions.
  • Applicable taxes will be retained and remitted.
